Much of the motel is old and outdated which is why we are currently undergoing an in depth renovation project that we plan to be completed before the summer season ends. Upon arrival, we were not impressed with the room; the vertical blinds were broken and did not cover the whole window and the room was the bare minimum. Okay, you get what you pay for. When we went in the bathroom, the shower was held together with duct tape and there were brownish stains smeared on the wall near the toilet. Pretty horrible. The real kicker was when we turned down the bed. There were hairs (pubic hairs) and multiple hard, crusty, patches of stains all over the sheets.

We called the front desk and asked for a new room. Low and behold, room number two revealed the same disgraceful artifacts in the bed sheets. We were so disgusted we asked for our money back and drove 30 minutes in the snow and ice to another hotel in the neighboring town.
