If done, the software gets activated. However, the software shows database corrupt error when one tries to attempt any knowledge area or process group exam. Also, License ID shows 'Undefined' under About section.Therefore, UNINSTALL the software and delete any leftover files in program files. Perform the activation steps OFFLINE. Close PM Fastrack and don't update the database. Re-open Fastrack. Connect to internet and NOW update the database.
Also, check under 'About' section, License ID shows 'Enteryourseriallicensenumber.' Don't worry Program will just work fine.
