Cisco Linksys Wrt54gh Firmware
Hello all,I have searched the forums before asking this question, so I hope to not be wasting everyone's time with a duplicate question. I am searching for the latest firmware upgrade for the Linksys V8 router. Since the whole Linksys/Cisco line of these products were sold to Belkin, firmware upgrades for this model appear to have been stricken from the internet. I've contacted Linksys and they shyly say all firmware upgrades have been pulled due to GPL. What they want to say is 'belkin now owns it, go away and leave us alone'. I have run out to the ends of the internet to find a file named FWWRT54Gv88.00.7.11en20090727.bin or similar as the updated firmware solves a great many problems of the DNS cache (among other issues).Does anyone have the file or know where I can find it for download?
Most of the sites that say they have it contain only redirect links to the Linksys site that no longer exists.Any information or help is appreciated!
