FAQ - BENZING M1How can the M1 race or training-data be uploaded to the PC-Software M1 History?Please insert the CD, then connect the BENZING M1 via USB cable to the PC. As soon as the PC has recognized the new Hardware, (M1) you have to install the right USB driver from the CD to your PC. (which operating system you have) At least install the software (History, Download.), that`s it.How is it possible to see, if the internal clock from the CAN or the time from the atomic-clock is used to synchronize the atis TOP or M1?By the atis TOP it will be shown in the right above corner from the display: 'ex.cl.' For the external atomic-clock 'in.cl.' For the internal CAN-clock.
Also is there a check by using the CAN-clock, if the time is really right. By the M1, there is a message at the display if it was synchronized with the CAN or with the atomic-clock.Is it possible to connect a printer directly to the BENZING M1 with the USB-port?No, it is not possible to print out directly from the BENZING M1 with USB, it has to be uploaded to the PC first, because in the M1 is no driver for a printer installed! From the PC it can be printed as usual.What can be done, if a race or training cannot be deleted in the BENZING M1 anymore?In the clubsystem, there is the possibility to set the BENZING M1 back to factory-setting! Attention: All data has to be stored before, because it will be deleted everything!

Go to configuration and there by printer change the settings (standart, matrix by atis TOP and BENZING M1 or PC-simulation only by the BENZING M1).How can the BENZING M1 be set to a multi-fancier device?The BENZING M1 has to be brought to your dealer, he has the possibility to set the device to multi-fancier. By buying a new BENZING M1, please let the dealer know, so that he can set it directly to a multi-fancier-device. By the new software-version it is possible to change it for yourself in the club. It can handle up to 4 different fancier.
