The benefits are deferring federal and state income taxes and saving for retirement.Vacation & MeetingsThree weeks of vacation (15 business days) are provided at each level of training. In additionconference time is allowed as approved by the program director.Educational AllowanceResidents receive a competitive educational allowance during their residency training.
