Grad Level 6 — Annual Rate: $68,465RetirementAkron General offers a 401K retirement plan through Fidelity. Residents are able to participate prior to their year anniversary. The benefits are deferring federal and state income taxes and saving for retirement.Vacation & MeetingsThree weeks of vacation (15 business days) are provided at each level of training. In additionconference time is allowed as approved by the program director.Educational AllowanceResidents receive a competitive educational allowance during their residency training.
